alopecia areata

I am 5th year medical student from Egypt suffering from alopecia areata involving half of the lower beard
I tried minoxidil , topical corticosteroid , local irritant like garlic with no results.
dpcp is not availbe in my country

I went to dermatologist and he gave me intralesional methylprednisolone acetate with dermojet every two weeks for four times . hair start to grow with fine semi-black hair of 0.5 cm long ,then it relapsed again !! and returned as no treatment was done!!

I'd like to try intralesiol triamnicilone acetonide
I want to applicate it myself with a syringe
what is the dose recommended
if high conc. only availble can I dilute it with sterile water?
what is the maneuver ?

or do u recommend something else?
