Anyway i found a remedy how to cure angular cheilitis on line from one of the member, does anyone know this even work? or any sugestion?

Heres a proven way to remove the angular cheilitis
Since the AC is caused by bacteria, you must remove all the bacteria out of the cuts. By this you first
1. disinfect your hands by washing it
2. Get concentrated liquid dish soap
3. Turn on your sink and rub the water gently inside the cuts
4. use a dab of dish soap and rub it in your cuts. it may stink but you know its working
5. wash out the soap and do it all over again.
6.After washing the cuts twice, use vasline and rub it all over mouth/lips up to your nose all the way down to your chin.
7. Two hours later, wash the vasline off using the method you just learned with the dish soap.
8. You could even rub a little Hydrocortisone 1% on the scars to help.
9. Do this as much as you can, and when going to bed rub neosporin on the cuts. In the morning, the AC will be on its way of healing!

Results take less then one night. Just because the cuts are healed, dont stop doing this method. The cuts can ripp open. Use this method for 2-3 weeks for proven results.

Oh and this is the method that cots 60$ :D

Hi I have seen a doctor and was prescribed Ketoconozole.  I have been using that and the method listed above and the cheilitis seems to be going away.  I was just wondering how long should i do this drying technique to make sure it is gone?  My skin is getting very dry, but the ceilitis came back when I started using moisturizer too soon.  Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Angular cheilitis is an inflammatory lesion at the corner of the mouth and manifests as deep cracks or splits. More commonly it is caused by a fungal infection.

Dry out the lesions completely by patting and air drying after washing with a mild soap and use petroleum jelly to lock out moisture. It is vital that the affected areas be clean and completely dry before application of the jelly. You can also apply small amounts of athlete’s foot cream which is available over the counter. You can also use plain Vaseline.

If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist as oral antimicrobials may be needed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
