anus pain and itching,,,rash? fungus?

I have a rash around my anus that, if not treated, becomes painful. I have been prescribed "NYSTATIN" ointmint, which helps but does not cure it. I was also prescribed a 7-day pill treatment, which I stopped using after 3 days when they made me sick. They didn't help either. Any ideas out there that might tell me what I have? Thanks for any info......

Itch around the anus at night.Single dose of chewable albendazole400 should do.Consult your doc for further guidence.
