are these hair follicles?

Hello.  I have these two little bumps on my butt, near where the hair grows, but not near the hole.  These bumps are located right next to one another and I seem to think they are just clogged pores, or hair follicles.  I do have keratosis pilaris on my upper arms and the buttocks, but these look a little different(as I am sure the skin is different there). I am married, both have been test for STDS, we do not have them.  My question to you is, can I have a blood test done to make sure this is not warts?  I have had warts before, but never there. How do I go about testing for this, do I have to have a doctor's orders OR can I just go myself.  Could it just be clogged pores or something innocent like this?  Do you suggest I see someone---if so, should I go to the dermatologist or my OBGYN?  Is there any medication I could take or put on that would help if these are clogged pores or hair follicles?

I'm pretty sure you're right, that these are just clogged pores and not warts.  I don't recall ever seeing warts in the particular area you're talking about.

The simplest thing would be for you to ask your GYN or to see a dermatologist once.  Examination alone should be sufficient to tell you what you have and allow you to ignore it.
