arm and top breast pain sensation

I have been having strange arm /breast pain sensationd
kills me wearing a bra as strap cause it to flear up
tenter point in arms and breast at time to touch
pins and needle sensation in arms most days
been like this for all most a year :(
Think my doc hides for cover when i come
ive also stoped shaving underarms as this causes flair ups and use cream now
so many diffrent sensation i find it hard and become overwhelmed on bad day my cloyhes hurt its killing my marrage my work mu quality of life with playing with my children
Just dont know what to do seen doc been to breast clinic and going for xray soon as also had blood works
am going off my head as i know my body is saying some thing is wrong

Thank you for your reply am off work next week going to go get xray and then go into A&E and plead my case
things u say i have thoight off as well only tests ove had is bloods been to breast clinic but feel i need to go back i want scans
o do try to put it at back of my headand keep busy but the tingle or pain sensatio. Is a constant reminder
i do worry its ME
i get so tired and legs feel heavy i get washed out i do have b12 deficancy and low blood but take b12 tablets i also have pos kist feel am fallong apart am 36

There are a few things that it could be.

It could be "Silent Shingles" if you've ever had chicken pox or been in contact with someone who has had them.
This can feel like what you are describing. Look up shingles and ( minus the rash ) see if those symptoms match yours.

It could be nerve damage.

It could be MS.

It could be Paraesthesia, which occurs when the nerve supplying an area of the body is not able to transmit normal signals back to the brain.

So many things it could be...so hard to tell.

Anxiety and depression also cause these sensations.

Hope this helps...or at least doesn't add more confusion.
