arm pit rash

i have had this rash for 2 months now and it wont go away. i have tried cortizone, powders, even went as far as using stuff you would use for jock itch and athlics foot. It wont go away, it itches really bad, and is blood red, hurts badly. i dont have medical insurance so i cant afford to see a doctor. even have took oatmeal baths and take benadrly for itching but nothing is working. please help

From the symptoms it looks like intertrigo . It most commonly occurs due to bacterial,viral or fungal infection. An intertrigo usually appears red and raw-looking, and may also itch, ooze, and be sore.

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I got red pimple sore's all over my leg's and arm's.  I used to smoke crack, could that do that to you and make you think you see bug's on you to scratch more?  It't on my arm's and leg's.
