armpit rash

I have devloped something under my armpit akin to a rash.  I'm honestly not sure if it is a rash since I've not had or seen one like this.  It's pink in the middle surrounded by a red ring. It's moist in the middle and it produces an awful smell.  There's also slight irritation when i move my arm and it makes contact with other skin.

Can u help me plz I have a samething it's a pink ring and it's comes with a bad smell can u guys help me oh yeah every time I move my arm it starts to burn plz help me!

Such an irritating rash in the armpit can be due to intertrigo or sweat dermatitis. Apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps.

If the symptoms persist then antifungal may be needed. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
