bacteria or fungal nfection

I have been told i have a bacterial or fungal infection and have had it for 4 months. I ahve ankle and foot swelling..no pain but have a strange collection of leasions....(4 Dr's said they had never seen anything like it). Have I a HIV infection. It is also on my other ankle today and 1 on my wrist. I ahve lost 4  kilos and stoppe deating with worry.

Forgot to add I have had lots of steroids injectioons and creams....best one working was a anti bacteria soap and anti histamine. Any small cut or scartch seems to get infected. Sometimes i can stop the infection with creams or antibacteria wash .Please someone reply...alone in Asia
