If your whole family has the rash it could be bed bugs, it does not ,matter if you clean your bedding and clothing or spray your house. Beds bugs are on the rise. You can find them in the cracks and crevases of your beds, around the  top and bottom in the creases where the bed is sewn, they hid in cracks and come out while you are sleeping bite you but inject you with a little stuff so you don't feel it then the next day you are very itchy. Use a magnifying glass as they could be small. they leave  black poo. If you don't find bed bugs I would get rid of any pesticides in your home and go with natural claening products, get a dye free laundry soap and dryer sheets. I hardly think that the entire family has an allergy to the laundry soap, or your bar or shampoo soap.
