black dots on penis and a bump

I've noticed that there are black dots on my penis head and on my foreskin, there is also a bump where the skin is attached to the penis head. All this started after I started masturbating, at least once a day. I went to visit the doc about these dots and she said that it's probably just freckles. So I calmed down but after a month I noticed the bump. The dots were spreading. I stopped masturbating and no results. I've had all this for about a year. I'm very clean and never had any type of sex before. I want to know how i can make the dots and the bump go away. I am 14 years old and started puberty recently. I know my body very well and I know I have never had those dots before. PLEASE HELP

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
