black moles inside my penis

i have black moles inside my penis(one big mole on skin and 3 small moles on my penis), i have been observing this from past 2 years, i'm healthy and sexually active..i have not contacted any doctor..could you please suggest is this harmful to me in future..please note i'm healthy and sexually fine . i'm 26 years old.. Since the black moles have been present for quite some time without any change, it looks like normal mole only. But keep a strict eye on the mole. If you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

Thanks a lot for your responce !!!.

There is no change in the size and color of the moles. I never had a bleed, oozes, itches and pain. But one mole size is big, which is on top of skin (inside my penis) and rest two are on my penis and the one is again on top of skin respectively... Can I expect any treatment to remove them if I would contact dermatologist..

There are many methods of mole removal like cryosurgery, excisional biopsy, electro cautery, cold freezing but at the delicate region of penis skin, it should be used with caution. Hence get it examined from a dermatologist and discuss all the pros and cons thoroughly before going in for mole removal.
