Hi,

Where are these bumps located?

Differentials for wart like growths may be skin tags and molluscum. Psoriasis which may present with redness and scaling may also be a differential.

It is important to note where these bumps are located. Also ,how would you describe these lesions .Are they scaly, skin colored, do they occur in clusters or do they group together ?

I suggest that you refrain from scratching them This may only give opportunity for infection to set in.
