blister inner left butt cheek

I woke up and I fixed the linning of my underwear because it was bugging me I felt a blister the color of my skin it hurts when I come in contact with it only .I noticed it got soft and the skin peeled but it's still their . I haven't been sexually active for almost two years . What should I do?I remember less than a year ago I had one as well and it went away it seems to
be on the same spot as the first tome . Any advice?

From the symptoms it can be due to boil on the buttocks. the other possibility is of herpes sore. A boil, also referred to as a skin abscess, is a localized infection deep in the skin. A boil generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with pus. Finally, the pus "forms a head," which can be surgically opened or spontaneously drain out through the surface of the skin.

Boil on buttocks is usually due to plugged sweat glands that become infected or by an ingrown hair.

When signs of herpes occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.
