blister patch on palm of hand

I get a herpes like cluster on the palm of my right hand about every other month, there little tiny blisters all in a bunch , they itch something awful and hurt very bad, that lasts for about  3 weeks if they don't burst first (if they burst a yellow puss comes out and the skin will need to be cut away or it doesnt heel ). Then they slowly stop itching and hurting and become brown hard spots then another 2 to 4 weeks, the skin where they were will peel off and I'll have a dime size area thats red for another month or so. I've had a byopsy on the area and it comes back unknown.  Please help me
