For these pusy blisters, bacterial and fungal infection should be ruled out. In such a case of bacterial infection, the overlying skin is red, warm and painful. Then a course of topical and oral antibiotics is needed. The other possibility is of a viral infection.

i have had this same ear blister problem for three years now. i only have ever got it on my right ear. i get the blisters on the rim of my ear for like a week or so and then they go away. they go away for months at a time. its very painful
