blistery rash/bumps

blistery rash/bumps

hi

I have developed these spots, some look like tiny air blisters, others like a rash,  on my toes only.  they arent flea bites i know. they are here and there. on about 4 toes, one has 3 places of little bumps, others have only one on each toe ( of the 4 toes)

They are itchy at times, other times arent. I have had this for about a week now, and i see more each day, with the first one still there. ( I popped them once, and only blood i could sqeeze out. then next day it was back as if i never popped them.

I tried antifungal ointment, and the goldbond powder. I try to leave socks off, in case its because of sweat, but its too cold to go without. Look like little hives of different sizes. I am prone to eczema here and there, usually breaks out in same place then changes spots. These arent dry and crusty though, and are skin color, but more pinkish, like hives

none between toes, one is under one toe, rest are all on top of the toes ( i havent gone out lately so cant be from any shoes)

any ideas what it can be?  I can get photos if you want to see it, not sure if my description is enough.

Hi,
What you probably might have is Dermatophyte infection.
The dermatophyte or ringworm infections are caused by a group of organisms capable of existing in keratinized tissue such as stratum corneum, nail, or hair. The mechanism of invasion is thought to be linked to production of extracellular enzymes; such as the three distinct keratinases produced by Trichophyton mentagrophytes, but other proteases may also be involved.
You might have what is called as Dry type’ infections of the soles and palms
These are normally caused by T. rubrum. Palms or soles have a dry, scaly appearance, which in the soles may encroach on to the lateral or dorsal surfaces of the foot. The palmar involvement is often unilateral, an important diagnostic feature. Nail invasion is often seen. Itching is not prominent, and infections are usually chronic.
You can see a dermatologist at earliest to diagnose and treat the condition.
Keep me informed about your disease progression and interventions.
Bye.
