I recently have developed what appears to be blood blisters on the left side of testicle.Tried popping it and it bled for about five minutes ,no pus ,no clear fluid just blood .there are probably about five of them that i can see -i am freaked out about this . The location is more towards the lower part of the testicle -any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's common for men to get red spots like these on the scrotum.  They're called angiofibromas and don't mean anything.  No good comes from popping them, so you shouldn't.  Instead, find a skin doctor to take a look so you'll know for sure that they're OK.

Best.
