bloody legs

HI Dr.
My father has a problem with hes legs,the skin is tottaly damaged and blood is coming from every side.It's hapened just like that without injuries and looks like there nothing what can stopped her.We suspect that it may be a Typhus.
What can you tell me abote that and what to do,because he is a old man in Macedonia and the doctors here doesn't care much abote them?
Please help

Hello,
It can be Pityriasis lichenoides(PLEVA),Ecthyma, stasis dermatitis or vascultitis. Treatment is different for all. So I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
