broken blood vessel on nose

My question is I have a huge broken blood vessel that is on my nose and is very red I have had it for over 10 years now, I have been to have laser treatment went for four treatments and payed alot of money and its still there and it hasnt shrunk like she said it would. She said it was very deep and she was trying to shrink it with the laser , im very disspointed cause this was my only hope to get rid of it it is very red and stands out, I try to cover it up with makeup but doesnt work. Is there any other types of treatments or creams of any kind that could help. I forgot to mention that I got it from picking a pimple and it left the scar :( thanks for any help you can give me .
