brown circle on my penis

I have a brown circle on my penis. My girlfriend has been checked for STD's and everything else, so I dont know what it can be. The circle isnt very large maybe like 1 centimeter and it has a little bump on it. It just randomly showed up one night after I came home from her house. It is not swollen or puffy and has no pain or sensitivty to touch.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub,folliculitis ,cyst or genital wart(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it .You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
