brown macules on penis head

i had oral sex experience from 3 days i woke up after that day and i found brown macules on my penis head non painful and their colour doesnt change till now is this something i worry about

Wear a condom for intercourse and oral sex especially if you don't know your partner's sexual history. I would go to the doctor to get it checked out, don't be embarrassed they see that sort of thing all the time. Hopefully it is nothing to worry about, but don't put yourself at risk again. loiloi x
