brown patches on my back

my back skin is full of dark patches and the skin is very eueven and rough as compared to my other areas.some pimples also break out in summers usually on my back and it look really bad....i hv been to some dermatologists but nothin happened .i think they are spreading bcoz some years earlier their was one patch but now my whole back is having these brown patches...plz help me to cure it...

From the symptoms, it can be due to tinea versicolor. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist.
