How long have the spots have been there?
Did you have any of such spots earlier in life?
Do you have any other disorder, skin or general?
Do you have allergies of any kind?
What do these spots look like? What is the color and size?
We would need mor information than just brown spots to make any attempt at describing what this could be. Nevertheless, you can try to avoid the sun and apply medicated sun-screen when you go out. Further, use some emollients for your skin. Maintain hygiene.
