bruising on penis and bumps

I am 15 years old and i have these sensitive red bumps(in groups on penis head). I dont think they hurt but my penis head is very sensitive. I am worried about them forming into warts. My penis always seem to kind of like burn or tingle a little. I also have a bruise on the back side of my penis head, kind of like a little stripe of a bruise. I have stopped masturbating for 3 weeks and they are still there. I examine them a lot but never had sexual innercose.Please help very worried.
