bump inside my stretch mark?

Okay I have a question... I of course have stretch marks from my pregnancies! And well after i had my first son i noticed that everyonce in a while I will get these little, painful, red bumps that pop up always inside one of my stretch marks. They dont always hurt but they are very ugly and after they go away it leaves a very ugly mark on top of a mark. Now I cant be the only person that this is happening to so PLEASE if anyone has any explaination or info or ANYTHING, PLEASE let me know!!!

I saw a dermatologist once for these. He said it wasn't staff which was good but told me he wasn't sure whatit was. He wanted me to come in for a biopsy the next time I had one. I got one and called and he had retired. I have them all the time and would like to know what they are too. The scars left by them are worse than my gallbladder surgery scars. Seldom do they break the skin but it does happen. I don't usually notice until it has drained onto my clothes.

I get these every now and then too. They are painful and sometimes I can pop them but mostly just leave them alone and they go away in about a week. But I would like to know what they are and how to prevent them. They ALWAYS occur inside a stretch mark. They don't seem to be harmful, but they are unsightly, and they hurt.
