bump on nose

I've had this bump on my nose for over a month now.

Not sure what it is or what to do.. I had something on my cheek a few years
ago that just kept getting bigger until I took a sterile needle and drained it
out. Not sure if this is the same thing?
I also think that it might have started after I scrubbed my nose with a sponge to try to get rid of some blackheads..
