bump/sore on palm
8 days ago I noticed a single, round, raised bump almost in the center of my palm, a little below the center. (I thought at first it was a blister). It is about the size of the top of a pencil eraser in diameter.  When I touch it, it is sore as if I were touching a bruise. I have been picking at it hoping it will go away, but it is still here and very sore. When I broke the skin on it, it seemed to go down for a couple of minutes, but slowly reappeared. It's driving me crazy!!!!!  Can you get herpes in your palms?? What is this thing? Thanks!
