bumps and colour pigmentation on penis

I am a 20 year old male. I am not circumcised and noticed a cluster of tiny lumps (warts) on the inside of my foreskin. I have never had any sexual contact before and know that it cannot be a STI. After it few months it has slowly become worse. I think it must be a bacterial infection....what must I do?

The other concern is the pigmentation of my penis. I saw a GP and he said that it is common and normal.
The pigmentation is becoming worse and more visible. Dark brown spots are visible on my foreskin and head of penis (glans). I'm very irritated and it feels like the end of my life......what must I do to remove or correct these skin problems?

Thanx for the reply......

I don't have any other symptoms.......the pigment did develop later in my teen years. It started with a small freckle and became more and more, and doesn't seem to stop..........They are clearly visible and I want them gone........since it started I have been super hygienic but it doesn't seem to help...maybe just slows down the process........

The small white bumps are not pimples and can't be an STI, they look like small white warts.....

I will scrape together some hope and go see my GP.....I want this to end......

thanx again

Hi,

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or genital warts or skin tag.

Do you have any other associated symptoms?

The skin in the regions you mention is normally dark as compared to skin elsewhere.

Do you have any other associated symptoms of itching, rash , etc.

It would not be advisable to scrub the area too hard as this would irritate the skin. You should try to avoid sweat collection in the areas, keep the areas clean, maintain good personal hygiene, wear lose comfortable clothes. Apply calamine lotion at the sites.

Let us know about what your doctor advises and post us about any other doubts that you might have.

Regards.
