bumps on face and penis

hi,
im scared becuase i have these bumps on my face and penis. they are like under the skin, and dont really swell up. they are kinda small bumps n when i pop them by squeezing them this white pus like stuff comes out. they dont go away they seem to spread when they are poped. this has been goin on for along time.. sence i was 12. but they were only around my mouth. n im a virgin. so i dont think its an STD is it ? im just need to know if i should get medical help or something. at first i thought it was acne or something but im not sure. plz get back to me A.S.A.P. thanks.

You should not pick at the lesions as this could cause secondary bacterial infection.
This could be due to acne/pimples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infection or some skin nodules etc.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching.
Let us know about what your doctor advises.
