bumps on face
I have always had wounderful skin,I never get acne.  Then in the last year I have notice these red dots poping up all over my face.  The are very small like a pin point.  They poped blood vessels but I have at least 15 of them on my face. They can be covered up with makup but it just looks bad.  On my cheek bones I have redness and vein like things.  Probally roseica what can I do.?  In the last 2 months I have noticed in addition to the red dots I have been getting these raised bumps.  The are not zits I have tried to pop them and nothing will come out.  I have had  3 for 2 months and just yesterday I noticed another one and I would like to know what it might be and what I can do to get rid of them.  When I had my makup on today it looked like a zit on my cheek but it is not.  I can defenetly tell something weird is going on with my skin.  The 2 under my eye are smaller then the one on my cheek.

Hi,

This could be cherry angiomas, though nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

Cherry angiomas are benign , fairly common skin growths that vary in size. They can occur almost anywhere on the body but usually develop on the trunk.

They are most common after age 40. The cause is unknown. Although painless and harmless, cherry angiomas may bleed profusely if injured.

Cherry angiomas generally do not need to be treated. If they are cosmetically displeasing or prone to bleeding, angiomas may be removed by surgery, freezing (cryotherapy ), burning (electrosurgery/cautery), or laser.

Let us know if you need any other information.

Regards.
