bumps on genitals

PSU
Doctor:

I have not had sexual intercourse for over one year.  However, two weeks ago I did engage in some sexual activity that just involved hands.

One week ago I had some painful swelling and 2 red bumps on my outer vagina.  It almost seemed as if there was a pimple forming.  The swelling lasted about 2-3 days.  During this time, I also developed a sinus infection & was put on antibiotics.  I got what seemed to me to be a yeast infection - a mixture of cottage cheese like and white milky discharge.  There is not an odor to the dischage.  It is quite usual for me to get a yeast infection when I am on antibiotics.  The two symptoms, the bump & the yeast infection happened w/i 2 dys of ea other.

I have read that swelling, genital pimples & what appears to be a yeast infection could be signs of an STD.  I was wondering how possible this is being that I did not have intercourse & only hands were used.  Could these symptoms be a result of: wearing tight stretch pants under my work pants to keep warm? just the antibiotics?   in-grown hairs?

please help!
thanks in advance for your time & consideration!!!

I will like to know if you suspect that you are pregnant and you use the HGC pregnancy test .  how much days after can the HGC test detect that you are pregnant.

2) I have a lump under my right arm.  It is there about 2-3 years now.  it is not hard.  whenever my menstration comes around the lump will get bigger and heavier.  can you please tell me what do i have to do?  Is there any other way to get rid of it beside surgery?  Is it very serious or is it cancerous or detremental to my health?

3)  I suspect that i am pregnant? but i suspect that i have also picked up an infection.  I believe that it is a yeast infection.  It looks sort of cottonesh.  what should i do?

i have bumps all over the shaft of my scrotum and penis mainly underneath varying in size. the bumps feel like a large piece of sand underneath my skin and it seems that most if it grows were the hair growth is. these have been here for about a year, maybe a little less. i have never had sex or any sexual interaction with anyone. I was wondering if you could tell me what this is and what i should do. i have not seen a doctor yet but have been thinking about it. and if you know what it is is there anyway i can treat this. thanks so much for the help!

I don't really see what STD the combination of symptoms you describe could be.  Tight stretch pants sound more likely.  Also, it doesn't sound as though the kind of sexual activity you had would be likely to cause anything.

Yeast infections can come spontaneously too.  You're probably well-advised to see your doctor about the discharge, because it may be something else other than yeast, but either way, treatment seems advisable.  But I don't think you need to be concerned about STD.

Best.
