bumps on inner thigh / circle on outer

I'm 18 and I have around three bumps on each side of the inside of my thighs. They are pinkish and maybe a little red. The bumps are very small, but as I feel around them they feel inflammated. The bump feels bigger than it actually is because the skin feels different around it. I've tried to put antibiotic cream on them, and after a few days, they turned purple. Now, some have the bump and a small circle around it, and that whole area is purple, and at other areas there remains just a purple circle. Now today, I have yet another pinkish/redish bump. I don't know what to do. Thanks.
I also had a circle about the size of a nickel, and it felt like it was peeling. It was purple and was located on my outer thigh. Now it has reduced in size greatly, but I don't know how to have it so that it's gone. Thanks.
