bumps on penis head

hey doc. i have 3 skin color bumps on my penis head they dont itch r hurt unless i mess with them i had sex wit mulitpal girls since i was 17 now im 21 but i got the bumps when i got out of jail i was in jail only for two days i was straching real bad in my inner thights i though it was 4rom the jump suit so i took a bath soon as i got home so i had sex with ma gf then i notice this redish brown bump on ma penis head i blew it off at first the a weel later another one can then i ask ma gf if she had any std's she told me no so i call the last 3 females i had sex with and ask then the same thang they all told me no but only when i have sex with ma girl i get the bumps i bust them my self when they come long as in not having sex thery dont come i also notice when im fisinish having sex i break out in hives doc please help me

Two possibilities are coming to my mind. It can be seborrheic keratosis or genital warts. Genital warts are caused by HPV and spread through direct skin-to-skin contact during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects used by an infected person.

Exactly what it is can be confirmed only after examination and biopsy. My sincere advice would be to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
