bumps on the scalp...which are associated with headache

                  my problem is that all of a sudden i noticed a bump on the head which was sore to touch. this was 8 months back . from thwn on its an on and off story. this bump was always with tingling itchy lips and headache . lately when the headache was unbearable and the inner cheek of wall was also itchy and tender to touch , i went to the doctor . he asked for a water view and some blood test leucocytes were a little high and right side of sinus was full(on the cheek adjacent to nose) so the doc said its nothing major just sinusitis and some infection so he gave me some anti biotics and multivitamin syrup for 15 days. i got fine slowly ..the bumps disappeared and i felt better. but again after that i got the bumps and heaviness in the head. could it be due to high bp or thyoroid? i have both. like initially i had just one small bump now its like i have 3. could it be a zoonosis infection i have a lot of dogs at home even a pet red ear slider turtle ....plzzzzzzzzz help as its depressing me a lot .i await your precious reply soon . thanks for ur time ..... lomma
