bumps

i have 2 issues. one is i have several little bumps underneath my skin that occasionally flair up and turn into huge, painful, pimple looking, cysts. they are mostly high up on the inside of my legs near my crotch, though i recently had one on my side and have one on my armpit. the second issue is i have these two little white bumps on my scrotum. after doing some searching online it seems like they maybe sebaceous cysts? both issues have been going on for years. i asked my primary about the white bumps once and she kind of just shrugged it off and told me there's no way to tell what it is and that i should get tested for stds...  

so what do i do about this?

I am pretty sure those are boils, without a good picture of them, it's kind of hard to tell though. Do you think you may be able to find one online?? Your PRIMARY, must not care about you, my doctor did that, but since I had never had sex at that time, he just shrugged it off as some kind of bacterial infection, which to this day, I do not think it is/was. If you need to, you can message me, and we can get some answers :D.
