bumpy skin....

I started getting these tiny, tiny pinky-red bumps on my skin. Each bump feels like a grain of sand. And along with these tiny bumps there are a few larger dry spots. I'm not sure what they are, and I can't find anything like it on the web. They DO NOT itch, and they are not bothersome asides from being ugly. They started mainly on my stomach and went up onto my boobs and neck, and now are around on my back from the nape of my neck to my lower back. They have not gone down below the belt. And I've had them for about 3 days now, they only seem to be getting worse. Please help. Thank you.
