burning feeling during and after sex wont go away with red patches

hi, i have recently gotten tested and everything came up clean. i have only had sex with 2 people since both i know very well and seriously doubt its anything serious but one girl i had sex with we had it about 3 times a day 2 days in a row the next day i noticed it was sore and kinda felt raw. it looked like a red patch with no bumps or blisters maybe a little swollen. after about 2 days it dries up and peels a tiny bit like dry skin. but then right after it healed i had sex again and it burns my penis during sex and right after sex the red patch comes back usually on the backside of my penis under the head then dries up and heals again but once i have sex again it comes back. its annoying because the sex kinda hurts.i dont know if this is because i never let it completely heal or what. i went to the dermo and they basically gave me creme and said go home which didnt help because i am really worried about an STD although it doesnt really sound like one from other things i have read about this topic. maybe friction burn? help please

Hello,
Since it appeared immediately after you had sex, so it looks like chafing. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites and do not indulge in intercourse or masturbation for some days. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
