burning irratating penis head
Due to an allergy from condom spermicides been tested for stds all negative. Penis head been irratating now for two months can anyone reccommend what can take for it tried antifungal creams no help my doctors not much help either

This can be due to an allergic reaction (say to body lotions, condoms, soaps etc) or it can be a skin condition like eczema, dermatitis etc or it can be a fungal infection. Other than that it can be a simple bacterial infection or balanitis. I suggest you to get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done after stopping the treatment for 1-2 days. The other method is by getting a biopsy skin done.
