Hi,
How old are you?
Are there any associated symptoms which we can discuss upon?
Your symptom of burning and irritation in your armpits suggests that you might have either Irritant contact dermatitis or Thiamine deficiency.
Are you an Alcoholic?
These symptoms are also suggestive of Peripheral neuropathy due to vitamin B12 deficiency.
I think you need to consult a physician and a dermatologist to discuss the condition and its further management.
Keep me informed if you have any queries.
Bye.

Stop using the deodorant you are currently using, try something different. Make sure when you shower not to use the same soap you are currently using. Take some vitamins in the morning, multi vitamin. Give it 1-2 weeks, and i bet you wont even notice it.
