burning skin

i have a buring feeling and itchy all over on my penis and testies and between my butt cheeks.
my doctor gave me a lamasil in case it was a yeast infection but it did not work. i have also tried otc anit fungals and they did nothing.

for some strange reason my penis mostly burns when i sit down i have no back pain and have never been injured
i'am 27 years old

there is no rash but there was 5 red dots near the head of my penis they whent away in like 10 days  they where pain less so i'm preatty sure it was not herpies (herpes) slimplex virus 2 and that was over a year ago and they have not come back

the burning and itchying never goes away and when i masterbait the skin feels vary irratated and it's pain full and burns
my ex had  bacterial vaginosis and was given dalacin vc in there any way a male can get this infection? i have never had this problem till i was with her

Hi

This sounds like a yeast infection with a dermatitic component. You may need topical corticosteroids for this to help alleviate the redness, swelling and itchiness. 1% hydrocortisone cream applied thinly once a day over the area may help. Do not use for more than 3 days if the rash does not respond. Refrain from constantly manipulating the area and avoid sexual activity until this has been thoroughly resolved.
