burning spot on penis

Hi,
After masturbating the skin fold around my penis became irritated. I did not cut myself from being harsh, although I have given myself an open wound from frequent and rough masturbation but it didn't burn the way this time does.
It doesnt really seem red or clear, there is no blood,puss, it just seems kind of round, slightly red and it burns, its only one little part/bump.
What could this be. I don't have herpes that I know of. I haven't had sex in 2 months. Although the last time I didn 1-2 days later I got 2 red zits near my pubic region on my thigh, they didnt hurt or puss. Any explanations.
