For over 2 years I get sometimes like a month or 2 could go by & then I could get one then another in the next day always in different spits of both my cheeks and they are extremely itchy that I avoid but when I'm asleep it us what it is they are almost similar in shape not perfectly circle I took a picture & zoom right in an saw the red around & lots if small white dots & sometimes the bigger ones look a little swollen. Please tell me what can it be. By choice I'm I've haven't had a partner in over 5 years & I take great care if my hygiene, but my 26 & 29 year old son's had came to visit separate times & both had issues with their private, one had a rash that cones & goes & the other had discomfort were they both had antibiotics so they say :-(

Thank you this is still continuing on my buttocks but I will see a dermatologist. I have an appointment coming up for another issue & that's for over 4 months I've been with a constant cough that itch on my  throat that has totally control my life. I don't       have a thyroid it was destroyed & I haven't smoke in over 2 years & never was a heavy smoker to begin with

It can be due to ringworm or dermatitis skin. You need to get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is diagnosis specific. What you need to do is consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings of the penis and a biopsy of small skin sample done if the symptoms persist. KOH examination of the area will clarify whether it is due to fungal infection or not.

You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. You can also use calamine lotion or cream with zinc oxide paste applied directly to wet skin after bathing.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
