can you help me?

Ok first off Im 19 years old never had any sexual relations, and is over wieght. I have all sorts of problems with me, im planning to go see a doctor soon. I have about six complaints...I'll just list them and you can help me out please.

1)I have these white lines on the side of my hand for about a month that shows up when i get them wet, but after a month 2 are visible when dry, one is about an inch long and is white. the other is dried up looking, like fungus, and both of my hands are always dry and cracking.

2)in my inner thigh I have this i guess a wart, it sometimes have the same skin tone as the rest of the thigh, sometimes has a red in the middle of it. Its flat and is either up or agianst hte skin(making it hard to see)and is pretty small, about the size of a small pimple.

3)Ok on the tip of my penis it has these bumps on it, had them for a month too. and theres a bit of discoloration all around and some fungus buildup around the penis, just looks like dried up skin that came off.

4)Just tonite i notice my lip feeling salty and a cut, so i looked and there was a cut, but on my upper lip there are these white bumps, well patches..... all over. but for the past week my lips had been  dried up, but now feels oily sort of.

5)And I also been getting pains in my stomache and somethimes my kidneys from time to time. But for the last month Ive been getting pain at my inner thighs. I had my appendix taking out about 4 years ago and was having pain there again, but not nearly as bad.

6)I also have this rash like thing about a quater size on my other hand. Its a reddish color patch of skin with bumps coming and going, when theres no bumps i can see these red cell things there.

I also burp alot somethimes, i was wondering, if you know, if it might be stomache cancer or some other type of cancer, any of the stuff i was telling you about. Thanks for your time.

None of the things you describe sounds serious.  I have to wonder why you are checking yourself out so carefully.  My advice to you is to leave all these alone and show them to a doctor.  The only way to diagnose skin changes with certainty is to look at them.  But again, none of these sounds serious or sexual.  That includes the penis bumps.
