cellulitus, swollen lymphs, i don't know?

Ok. So a week or so ago i had to go to the doctor because ive started experiencing lumps, painful lumps on my breasts. They felt of them and reasurred me that it was Fibertistic Breast Disease. At that time I had no rashes that i seen of any sort but some pain in my left wrist. Well, I woke up this morning and now my hand is got a red rash all over it and a red line going up my arm. I called the Dr. and they havent called back but it scares me that it could be like swollen lymp glands or some kind of cellulitus from the sites Ive read. If anyone has any idea what could be going on with me any feed back I would greatly appreciate.
