cervical spondylosis

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis some years ago, but medics didn't connect the dots when I subsequently suffered from a very debilitating bout of vertigo, I also have suffered with dry/burning mouth syndrome which after some indepth research has also proved a link to spondylosis.  I have recently had a flare up with spondylosis where I could not even lift my head off the pillow without using both hands, just before this I developed a very itchy arm (the one I get terrible pins and needles in, could there be a link to yet another side effect of cervical spondylosis? My skin on that arm has taken on a silvery hue and the itch is mega.  When I press the skin I can feel lumpy bits. Please help as this is driving me crazy.

Many regards Jackie
