chin acne

am 33 years old girl , i ve been suffering from an acne at the chin in my face , the acne usually increase before my priode and decrease after that , i went to many dermatologiest in my country they gave me anti baiotic medicin , some other creams and gel for acne such as , panoxile, differene, isotrexine, and many other in addition of medical soap like , neotrgina. aquagina, sebamed , etc..
acctuly i didnt feel that those medicin helped me i ve been taking them since 10 years ago but nothing has changed , am really need a help to find a solution deep solution just to stop the acne
