clear bumps appear after scratching

recently, my skin starting getting irritated all over my body.  I started scratching my left knee and patches of clear bumps or just bumps appeared.  After I stopped scratching it, it disappeared after awhile.  When I scratch it again, it appears again.
Also, I've been getting red dots that seems to go deep into the skin and sometimes it gets itchy.

Hi,

Differentials for this will be dermatitis, an allergic reaction and a fungal infection. These are the more common differentials. At this point, it is important to note any triggers which could have caused the condition. I suggest that you have this assessed by a dermatologist .Itchiness is present in both fungal infections and dermatitis. If an allergic reaction is a differential here, then you shall  need prompt consult since you may need oral medications.

Is there any history of allergies?

Any history of allergy, asthma and allergic rhinitis in the family?

I have this same thing. It’s not allergic reaction because my husband got a rash down his back, the spine as so did I. Mine itches horrible but his didn’t. His hurt. My arms, legs, and my scalp with just start burning itching. I scratch and these bumps come up. When the itching stops and I stop scratching, the bumps go away.
