cold sore or pimple

i have a red bump on the middle top of my upper lip it does not hurt or anything i poped it once and puse and blood came out but it did not go all the way away its back and i poped it again the same came out also its just in that part and its been happening for at lease a month or a llittle more

Do not pop any skin lesion. It will spread the bacteria causing the spot to come back. Squeezing can cause scarring and can lead to secondary infection making diagnosis harder.
Cold sores are recognisable by their crusty surface and tendancy to itch. They can be treated by cream available at the pharmacy.
