, but it stopped at around 12 years, when i was 17, i started to get hives any where my skin got cold or even cool, some times it happens and other times it doesn’t, it could be in a classroom in school
together, knees do this alot too. and they continue until that area is warm again, i was diagnosed with cold urticaria . Now at age 19, now something knew is happening, my hands when i take a shower where its warm , the skin swells a little in the palm of my hands, (i know as a kid i learned when you put your hands in water they can sort of shrivel up and wrinkle, this is not it), they do shrivel but in a different way, they swell crack and peel, you can see massive amount of tiny little holes, it burns so very bad! its kind of there when my hands go back to normal room temperature, you still can see it , its like shinny but more back in to the natural contours of the palm. Also now i am getting hot flashes, i sweat in the palm of my hand out of no where, it pools there, i also have night sweats and it pool on the lower of my back, i am getting headaches and a little insomnia. Now the really suck part of this i can get out of the shower and my hands are burning from the heat and wet of shower, the cool air is touching my body as i towel off and my body is cooling other places and i break out with cold urticaria , I’ve yet had a hot flash at the same time, but i am waiting for that to happen too. i have been to a regular m.d for the cold urticaria, and an allergists to do the ice cube test. I have had some test done for blood but i think they mess up on that. any ways please please could you help me figure where to go from here, i want to know what this condition is. i want to know what test to prove it and what medicine to stop it, please help me. any suggestions would be appreciated , jenny
