colourless small dots on upper part of my lip

I started having this colourless small dots on my lip(the upper part) two days ago. It feels like it's dry and somewhat burnt like your sides of the mouth is starting to crack that kind of feeling. However when i waited for it to crack it did not happen. So i thought maybe it's allergic to something. The day before i had them i was using this lip gloss that i just bought but nothing happened on the bottom of my lip just the upper one. I find it weird and I don't know what are they and why they appear. They might not be a big issue though. However it does feel kinda rough when lip balm is not applied. I don't know how to describe it exactly but those tiny bumps are very hard to see unless i try stretching the lip. It does not hurt as well. They just feel annoying when touched with my finger or tongue. Please let me know if you know what they are.

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough,but it sounds like Fordyce spots.They small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.
